The Public Services Workers’ Union (PSWU) has just ended a three-day capacity-building workshop for members of the Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (GTVET). The purpose of the workshop was to enhance participants’ understanding of how unions like PSWU advocate for improved working conditions, career development, and fair treatment. PSWU, with its long-standing track record of success, continues to be a reliable support system for professionals. The union provides a multitude of benefits, including collective bargaining power, better workplace conditions, and access to various resources that promote members’ professional and personal growth .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants left the workshop not only enlightened but also deeply transformed . We have been immersed and baptized in the rivers of PSWU , experiencing firsthand the union’s strength, solidarity, and unwavering commitment to its members’ welfare. Moreover, we’ve been made the apostles of unionism \u2014charged with carrying the message of solidarity , fairness , and collective responsibility back to our colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop reaffirmed PSWU\u2019s dedication to empowering its members and emphasized the power of unity in achieving a stronger, more empowered workforce. The leadership’s efforts were met with deep appreciation , as members recognized the significant role the union plays in their success and well-being. PSWU stands as a pillar of support , ensuring its members thrive in both their professional and personal endeavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
